Request with your flight details
When submitting your request via the form, WhatsApp or telephone, please include your flight number, flight date and time, number of passengers and bags, and your pick-up or destination address.
Fare and confirmation
Once your request is received, we will contact you with the fare and confirmation. The meeting point and arrangements are agreed with you at this stage.
Meet-and-greet and transfer
On arrival, you are met at the airport; for departures, you are collected from your address at the agreed time. You are assisted with your luggage, and your transfer follows the confirmed plan.

Where will I be met?
The meeting point and arrangements are agreed with you when you book. You may add your flight number and any special requests in the notes field of the booking form.
How many passengers and how much luggage can the vehicle take?
Our Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP is appointed for small groups travelling comfortably with their luggage. Please state the number of passengers and bags when booking.
Can I hire a chauffeured vehicle by the hour or by the day?
Yes. Chauffeured vehicles are available by the hour or by the day for meetings, visits and other plans within the city. Please include your schedule, start time and expected duration in your request so that the plan and fare can be prepared accordingly.
