How your event transport is planned
Programme and addresses
Send us the event date, programme timings, pick-up and drop-off addresses for your guests and the number of passengers via the form, WhatsApp or telephone.
Transfer plan, fare and confirmation
The transfer plan is prepared around your event programme. We will then contact you with the fare and confirmation.
On the day
Transfers are carried out according to the confirmed plan and timings. If your programme timings change, please let us know.

What information should I include in my request?
Please state the event date, programme timings, pick-up and drop-off addresses and the number of passengers. You may add any special requests in the notes field of the booking form.
How many passengers can the vehicle accommodate?
Our Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP is appointed for small groups travelling in comfort. Please state the number of guests when booking so that the transfer plan can be prepared accordingly.
Can guests arriving from out of town be met at the airport?
Yes. Guests arriving from out of town are met at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport and driven to their accommodation. Please include their flight details and accommodation addresses in your request.
How are fares determined?
Fares are based on the route, date and waiting time. If waiting is required during the event, please mention it in your request.
